In early 2025 we heard a rumour that the iconic Christmas experience at the Smith & Caugheys department store in Auckland was being discontinued. Whilst we were really sad to hear of this closure it dawned on us that this could be an opportunity to create something similar providing the Auckland community with a fresh, new and even more magical Christmas experience. Fast forward a few months and our idea has really taken off. We have a building in central New Market with ample space (over 1,000sqm!) to create our dream, and already there are almost 200 trees installed – Enchanted Christmas 2025 will be opening in October.

WIth almost twenty years in the Christmas industry, we have so many ideas that we are super excited to be able to create for the public to enjoy. Having been fortunate enough to visit many overseas Christmas destinations we have endless inspiration to draw from and Enchanted Christmas is the perfect space to allow our creativity to run wild. Prepare to be blown away with a truly spectacular Christmas display. Book the dates in your diary and make sure you secure a ticket, this event will be a sell out – we promise!

As well as the walk through display we have a range of festive workshops available, Santa will be in house for photos everyday and you will love wandering through the European inspired Christmas market. Our Christmas store has more than 2,500 decorations to tempt you, it is Auckland’s premium Christmas store.
